Set within the refined surroundings of Villa Balbiano, one of the most exclusive venues on Lake Como, we served as the Food & Beverage Partner for a wedding defined by elegance and glamour.

Following the ceremony, guests were welcomed into the villa’s garden with a welcome drink, followed by a curated buffet aperitivo. Dedicated food corner featuring selected cured meats, cheeses, salads, crudités and pizzas crafted by our Chef created a convivial yet sophisticated opening to the culinary experience.

The transition to dinner was marked by a refined, symbolic gesture: two waiters bearing silver trays of fresh grapes guided guests to the imperial table, following a seating chart inspired by classical aesthetics. Here, a plated dinner titled The Banquets of Bacchus unfolded—an elegant homage to wine culture and the convivial spirit of ancient Rome.

The menu explored the pleasure of the table through rich, indulgent courses: lemon and caviar tagliolini, three-tomato paccheri finished tableside by our Chefs and truffle-infused beef fillet, shaping the evening with both balance and depth.

A highlight of the night, a sculptural cake shaped as a classical bust, inspired by Roman statuary, captured guests’ attention and became the evening’s most iconic moment. As the celebration continued, a midnight taco offering accompanied the dancing, keeping the atmosphere vibrant well into the night.

A rich tablescape, flowing white drapery, fireworks, the sounds of Italian music and a mood of effortless conviviality came together to define a wedding that felt glamorous, immersive and memorable.
