It was our pleasure to accompany a young couple on their wedding day, celebrated in the stunning setting of Villa del Grumello on Lake Como—a place we are proud to call home.
Within the elegant atmosphere of the villa, guests were welcomed with a roaming cocktail reception designed to showcase our vision of hospitality through a selection of signature canapés. Highlights included a crispy potato cannolo with tuna tartare and chive sour cream, traditional Venetian Pierini, a Fassona beef sandwich with truffle mayonnaise and a delicate asparagus and Parmigiano Reggiano sphere presented in two textures.
The culinary journey continued with our live food stations featuring artisanal cured meats, regional cheeses served with handcrafted preserves, and a selection of raw seafood alongside freshly grilled fish prepared on the OFYR grill. A generous buffet celebrating Italian culinary tradition completed the experience, with timeless classics such as vitello tonnato, Milanese mondeghili and prawn cocktail.
Dinner was served at a beautifully styled imperial table overlooking the first basin of Lake Como. The seasonal menu featured dishes including basil risotto with tomato air and red prawn, followed by Mediterranean sea bass with potato cream and clams.
To end the evening, guests enjoyed an elegant selection of petit fours before heading to the dance floor, where our signature Midnight Snack awaited: the Pizza Ape Car, serving freshly baked wood-fired pizzas late into the night.
