Mixology

We specialize in- cocktails. Made properly.
That is why, from the very beginning, our offer includes cocktails mixed by our alchemists using raw materials from all over the world, bold combinations and original experimentation with the aim of creating tailor-made cocktails that best represent the event.

Cocktails as such need to be served behind a particular kind of counter.

In collaboration with our carpenter, we have therefore created authentic bars with counters and bottle racks that may be fully customized with colors and logos or left unaltered with their structure made of authentic slate, marble, or bamboo.

In addition to signature cocktails and bubbles, we provide mixology-related services including molds with branding on ice cubes, garnishes that match the style of the event, thrill coolers, and much more.

Private chef & Masterclass

Cooking fosters community, passion, and sharing, and it takes on an even more genuine flavor when done in the privacy and intimacy of the home.

Having a Private Chef for an evening or several days at home, in your villa or on your yacht, allows you to enjoy the culinary experience in a more relaxed and familiar way.

Our Executive Chef Andrea Stivaletta will be at your complete disposal to study and design tailor-made menus, from breakfast to dinner.
Discretion, confidentiality and flexibility are the hallmarks of our services.

And for those who want to involve their guests, a pizza or cocktail masterclass is sure to impress.

Pop-up restaurant & Bar

Our experience in the food and beverage industry began eight years ago on Lake Como, when we opened the restaurant Una Finestra Sul Lago. Later, we opened a second Restaurant called Onda,in the quaint village of Cernobbio (Como).

It was only natural for us to start catering for those events and shows which required temporary restaurants or bars with a certain quality of F&B and impeccable service.

The set-up is studied to perfection so that our presence is in complete harmony with the location that hosts us, and where caring for every minute detail and for its beauty is our ultimate goal.
