For the Christmas celebration of one of the world’s most iconic haute horlogerie brands, we partnered as Food & Beverage curator for a three-night experience designed for the brand’s most valued guests.

Each evening unfolded as an intimate and refined journey. We created three distinct menus, combining elevated comfort food with premium ingredients and modern pairings. The culinary flow moved effortlessly from savoury finger food — carbonara arancini and wagyu mini burgers — to main courses such as red prawn, burrata and lime ravioli or lobster-filled paccheri, ending on a sweet note with saffron macarons drizzled with chestnut honey.

Adding a playful festive touch, a fully customised Christmas sleigh became the statement piece of the event. Chocolate fountain, meringues, waffles and candy canes turned dessert into a moment of pure joy.

Cocktails played a key role in shaping the mood. A bespoke mixology selection, with a different line-up each night, reimagined festive classics through signature drinks like the Red & Gold Christmas Spritz, the American Christmas Twist and the Cinnamon Ember Old Fashioned. A dedicated rum and whisky corner, paired with a curated cigar selection, completed the experience.

Refined yet effortless, elegant yet warm — the event captured the spirit of modern luxury. Inspired by an astral theme, every detail was custom-designed, from trays to staff uniforms, perfectly aligned with the brand’s aesthetic codes. Being part of such a special Christmas project with an icon of haute horlogerie was truly a pleasure.
