For the fifth consecutive year, we were proud to serve as Food & Beverage Partner of FuoriConcorso, the annual event that transforms Lake Como into a stage of excellence where design, engineering and automotive culture come together in a sophisticated international dialogue.

In this context of absolute excellence, we contributed to the guest experience with our Spuma Cafè, an exclusive pop-up conceived as a haven for bon vivants: a space to indulge in a moment of taste and fully immerse themselves in the atmosphere of the event. To complete the project, the furnishings provided by our partner Tableset defined elegant and welcoming spaces, perfectly aligned with the aesthetics and spirit of FuoriConcorso.

Our presence was spread across three dedicated concepts located throughout the Parco delle Serre del Grumello, each offering a distinctive culinary experience.

At Spuma Cafè, guests could relax and enjoy a traditional Italian aperitivo featuring specialties such as vitello tonnato and mondeghili, Milan’s iconic meatballs, or choose from some of our signature dishes, including paccheri with three tomatoes and trofie with pesto, finishing their meal with a selection of desserts.

The Focaccia Bar offered a more dynamic and informal take-away experience, serving three different varieties of freshly baked focaccia, including vegetarian options. Meanwhile, the Juice Bar welcomed guests with freshly squeezed juices and a curated selection of beverages, providing a refreshing break throughout the two-day event by the lake.

It was a weekend dedicated to automotive culture, where exceptional food complemented the overall experience, helping make even more memorable an event that celebrates luxury, passion, and beauty on the shores of Lake Como.
